Job Title: Sr. Delivery Lead

About the Role

The Sr. Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the overall success of a program, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting business requirements while adhering to governance framework, security, and resiliency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage plan, program milestones, risk, and change management to ensure delivery on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive work plans, delegate tasks, and activities to team members, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with program objectives.
  • Lead stakeholder management, maintaining regular communication and progress reports to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Establish quality standards across projects, ensuring deliverables meet specified requirements and implementing quality control measures.
  • Develop change management plans to support successful adoption of program outcomes, including training and engagement strategies.
