This position leads all phases of manufacturing and technical functions to advance existing technology to produce the highest quality products. This role works with leaders from various businesses and functions within the Asia China Region Manufacturing. This leader embraces innovation, leading transformation, and continuous improvement, to drive business performance through the alignment of people, strategy. and culture. This position reports to the VP, Manufacturing, Global Contact Manufacturing and Asia China Region. The **Senior Manufacturing Director | Site Leader** is responsible for leveraging our MPS (Medtronic Performance System) to establish Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) targets to run the business, select the key initiatives and projects to improve the business, and collaborate with the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Operating Unit and Global Supply Chain functions to set breakthrough objectives and capacity planning to transform the business. Qualifications – External Must Have: Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.- Bachelor's degree required- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience with 10 years of managerial experience.
