Data Center Critical Facilities Engineer Join our team as a Data Center Critical Facilities Engineer at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore. We are seeking a skilled and detail‐oriented engineer to manage data center operations, ensure reliability, and enhance capacity. Key Responsibilities Manage day‐to‐day facility system operations and oversee preventive & corrective maintenance. Respond promptly to system faults or emergencies to mitigate risk to availability. Monitor & report operational performance and uptime of colocation partners. Plan & manage power and cooling capacity to support business growth and drive optimization projects. Develop performance benchmarks and prepare analytical reports for management review. Manage vendor relationships, ensure SLA compliance, and support procurement and infrastructure planning. Partner with design and construction teams on new data hall builds, fit‐outs, and commissioning. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, promote safety culture, and meet regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline. 2+ years of data center critical facility operations experience, or 5+ years in large‐scale industrial/plant operations. Strong understanding of MEP systems: UPS, generators, chillers, pumps, cooling towers. Proven ability to identify & mitigate operational risks and ensure timely resolution. Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English. Highly detail‐oriented with commitment to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
