The Group Finance Manager will oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial reports for the Group of companies, to ensure compliance with reporting standards and provide accurate, timely financial data/reports to support strategic decision-making for the Group.
Main duties and responsibilities
Lead and ensure that the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department runs efficiently.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management, auditors, and stakeholders.
Manage the full spectrum of group consolidation processes, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Ensure compliance with SFRS Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all Singapore tax regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) quarterly submissions and corporate income tax.
Liaison with external parties such as Auditors, Tax Agents, Banks on reporting, audit and regulatory matters.
Compile and submit for Annual Filing, government financial statistical surveys and data.
Administrator of ERP System to manage and control user access rights.
Any other tasks allocated by CFO and/or management.
