Overview Blackfield Associates are recruiting on behalf of an EPC client for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-technology projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting/EPC background, with expertise in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, food & beverage, data centres, semiconductors, or similar sectors, and proven ability in managing bids and proposals. Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across project lifecycles. Oversee preparation and negotiation of bids and proposals. Act as client and stakeholder lead, ensuring project and commercial excellence. Provide technical leadership in design, feasibility, estimation, and risk. Mentor junior engineers and support business development. Requirements Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, or related). 10+ years’ experience in consulting/EPC environments in high-tech industries. Strong track record managing bids, tenders, and proposals. Proven leadership of complex, large-scale projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of the Singapore market and regulations.
