Join to apply for the Team Leader, Restructuring & Forensics role at RSM - Singapore Direct message the job poster from RSM - Singapore Responsibilities Participate and lead in the day-to-day administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements Review draft letters, notices, emails and reports Secure, index and safeguard books and records Plan and execute asset realization / debt recovery processes Gather information from books / records of clients and third parties Manage adjudication of creditors' claims and conduct investigatory work to trace assets and assess potential recoveries for creditors Participate in financial review and prepare restructuring proposals Liaise with stakeholders, creditors and other business advisors Participate in clients' / creditors' meetings and prepare minutes of meetings Coach and guide junior team members Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives Work closely with Directors and Partners and communicate issues clearly and timely Job Requirements Degree in Accountancy, Law or other professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA 4 to 5 years of experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring, with strong insolvency technical knowledge and leadership experience in a professional services environment Excellent project management, analytical, and financial modelling skills Strong written and verbal communication, including report writing and stakeholder presentations Able to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple deadlines A strong team player and able to lead a small team Seniority level Mid‐Senior level Employment type Full‐time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Consulting Industries Accounting and Professional Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at RSM - Singapore by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
