Description Overview We’re looking for a proficient swimmer, energetic, people-oriented, and able to lead a team of lifeguards in creating a memorable experience for our clients. Responsibilities Manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational tasks and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner Develop operational performance and productivity in achieving standards, objectives, and cost savings for the organization Handle enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email while ensuring a high standard of quality in terms of business integrity and customer experience Promptly respond to and resolve clients' and lifeguard requests, and provide a solution Plan & manage lifeguard roster Responsible for ensuring the fulfilment and timely delivery of services, and reminding clients of updates Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement Go for site visits to customers when required Cover lifeguard point should there be a last minute no-show of manpower Any adhoc duties assigned by the company Requirements A proficient swimmer is preferred for this role The lifeguard training and certification will be provided Strong eye for details and meticulous with numbers & data Comfortable working in a fast-paced team Good time management, well organized, and excellent problem-solving skills Able to work independently, resourceful, and a good team player Excellent communication and customer-centric skills Computer literacy with MS Office software Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry Other Category Management & Operations Sub Category Operations & Business Administration
