Technical Delivery Manager Apply for the Technical Delivery Manager role at Epergne Solutions . Responsibilities Plan technical deliverables (including system enhancements and upgrades) to meet project requirements within schedule and quality. Plan & collaborate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution. Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery. Provide status updates related to technical delivery. Partner with System Analysts and Business Solution Specialists to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements. Partner with Architects and Development Leads to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards. Report to Program and/or Project Managers for the strategic programs. Partner with Development Managers to manage application teams to build enhancements. Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance / load testing and application security testing with quality results. Manage technical implementation plan across application teams — coordinate technical implementation activities to ensure non-event production cutovers and adequate post-implementation support. Develop and maintain documentation adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards. Escalate issues that impact project schedule in a timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions. Prepare technical implementation plan across application teams. Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure production cutover and adequate post-implementation support. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in Global IT Delivery, building and deploying IT capabilities across multi-national/regional environments. 3+ years in IT Leadership, managing delivery-focused teams, guiding project execution, and driving performance. 8+ years in Software Development, hands-on coding, creating functional/technical specs, full SDLC (development, testing, deployment). Experience delivering large-scale, high-availability applications and complex project implementations. Experience in banking environments, Java/Spring Boot, and microservices architecture (preferred). Results-driven mindset focused on timely delivery and meeting business goals. Strong analytical & system thinking, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and solution design. Exceptional stakeholder communication, engaging technical and non-technical audiences. Optional but valuable certifications: Any relevant professional or technical qualifications.
