Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to drive our foundation model-based product initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge technical innovation with market opportunities, bringing senior-level product experience from top-tier technology companies and a deep understanding of both North American and Asian markets. Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis Conduct thorough R&D investigations to explore new technologies, methodologies, and trends in the market relevant to our product line. Analyze competitive products and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Develop and synthesize insights from market research, customer feedback, and technical evaluations to inform product development strategies. Product Development Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and product launch, with a focus on innovation and technical feasibility. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to create and refine product specifications that prioritize R&D advancements and user needs. Facilitate agile product development methodologies, ensuring iterative improvements through prototyping and user feedback. User-Centric Approach Champion user research initiatives to gather insights on user behavior, pain points, and preferences, leveraging findings to fuel product innovation. Engage users and stakeholders in the product development process to validate concepts and refine features based on real-world applications. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform ongoing R&D efforts and product enhancements. Foster partnerships with research institutions, tech innovators, and industry experts to drive collaborative projects that enhance product capabilities. Work alongside cross-functional teams to align product development with broader organizational goals and R&D focus areas. Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and consortiums to stay abreast of technological advancements and emerging trends. Establish KPIs to evaluate product performance in terms of innovation, user satisfaction, and market impact, driving continuous improvement efforts. Encourage a culture of experimentation and learning within the team, promoting innovative thinking and technological explorations.
