Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dealing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business operations and execution strategies of the unit.

  • The role involves daily administration and operations of the desk, as well as ad hoc projects and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Unit Head.
  • Sales advisory, execution, and processing within the team are also key aspects of this position.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support Business Operations : Assist the unit in achieving its goals and objectives by providing administrative support and executing daily tasks.
  • Sales Advisory : Provide market advisory and pricing to clients, conduct sales and marketing calls, and manage daily tasks in desk administration, trade execution, sales, and marketing.
  • Ad Hoc Projects : Participate in ad hoc projects and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Unit Head.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of working experience in Treasury Markets.
  • Some understanding of treasury products and Financial Markets is essential.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills are required.
