Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in stockbroking, banking, or financial services.
Proven track record of managing multi-asset trading platforms.
Deep understanding of trade lifecycles, front-to-back trade flows, and order management systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
