Roles & Responsibilities

Role:

Youth Care Worker (Shifts work/ Up to $3100)

Location: Potong Pasir | Shift Work: 3 rotating shifts (incl. weekends/PH) | Salary: S$ 2,200–3,100

Role Overview

Provide trauma-informed care and mentorship to female adolescents who've faced abuse/neglect. Ensure their safety, emotional well-being, and daily needs while fostering growth in a structured residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise & support residents in daily activities
Mentor and model positive behavior
Handle crises/therapeutic interventions
Address physical, emotional, and social needs

Requirements

Experience with Youth-at-Risk or trauma-impacted teens
Basic Counselling/de-escalation skills
Knowledge of Trauma-related disorders
Adaptable to shift work (incl. nights/weekends)
