Student Care Centre Supervisor Role

This leadership position involves overseeing daily operations of a Student Care Centre. Key responsibilities include programme planning, curriculum development, and implementing health and safety protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure effective team performance
  • Nurture strong relationships with parents and stakeholders through active communication and networking
  • Empower children through education and community services
  • Manage administrative tasks, including finance and personnel management
  • Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field (e.g., community services)
  • WSQ Student-Care Certified or possessing qualifications in social services
  • Excellent work ethics and integrity
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children, preferably with supervisory experience
