By integrating all stakeholders into a seamless workflow, we streamline the qualification process from procurement to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project execution.Job Location:SingaporeJob Type:Full-timeJob Description:As an Algorithm Specialist at AIQURIS, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the AIQURIS platform through the design and development of algorithms to evaluate and manage the risk of AI systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, senior engineers, and researchers to deliver innovative solutions to manage knowledge and analyze AI systems. Your expertise will drive the understanding of the trustworthiness of AI systems, pushing the boundaries of the state-of-the-art and influencing international AI policy development.Responsibilities:Lead the algorithmic backend of the AIQURIS platform, manage quality, and communicate effectively to stakeholders.Design, implement, and document key algorithms, comprising both semantic and numeric reasoning, to manage the risks of AI systems.Research, design, and implement algorithms for a wide range of AI applications, including testing of natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.Develop machine learning models and algorithms to extract knowledge from unstructured data, such as text and images.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international policy experts to understand requirements and objectives.Contribute to IP portfolio in terms of patents and papers.Provide thought leadership, and represent AIQURIS at relevant conferences and industry events.Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in AI and machine learning research, and integrate relevant techniques into our algorithms.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.Collaborate with external partners and clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.Qualifications:Master's or Ph. D. degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.Proficiency in semantic modelling and graph reasoning algorithms.Experience in developing algorithms for a given challenge statement.Proven expertise to analyze algorithm complexity and correctness.Experience in algorithm development, particularly in the areas of machine learning and artificial intelligence.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, and familiarity with model-based testing.In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in model development, training, and evaluation.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Confidence in working in an international collaborative team environment and managing stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds.Experience in formal methods, proof theory, and tools such as SMT solvers is a plus.Why Join Us:Shape the world of AI by delivering foundations and practical solutions for trustworthy AI adoption.Be at the forefront of international AI policy and technology development.Work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to groundbreaking innovations.Enjoy an engaging and collaborative work environment with a diverse team of experts.Outstanding learning and professional development opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
