Job Summary The Assistant Logistics Planner supports shipment planning and logistics coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. The role requires close collaboration with planning and warehouse teams, preparation and validation of shipment documentation, and accurate data updates in SAP and the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient supply chain execution. Key Duties and Responsibilities Liaise with the Planning Logistics Team on shipment scheduling and coordination. Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure shipment readiness of materials and finished goods. Prepare and validate shipment documentation, including Property Release Notes. Conduct checks on physical goods and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor incoming material purchase orders in SAP and manage material receipts in the WMS. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Job Specifications Qualification Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience Fresh graduate or 1-2 years in a similar logistics or planning role is advantageous. Skills Required (Must Have) Effective communication, planning, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel. Skills Required (Good to Have) Knowledge of SAP and WMS systems. Familiarity with production planning workflow, including colour-coded scheduling.
