Shift Building Technician

Assist and Lead Operations Support the Building Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver maintenance services at designated sites. Maintenance and Troubleshooting Ensure efficient preventive maintenance and troubleshoot building service failures to maintain client facilities. Contractor Management Supervise, plan, and organize on-site contractors for scheduled and ad‐hoc maintenance, including sourcing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Reporting and Compliance Prepare monthly and incident reports, conduct regular building inspections, and ensure adherence to quality control and authority requirements. Technical Advisory Provide technical advice, solutions, proposals and cost estimates to support site operations and project management teams. About You: Diploma / Higher Nitec in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance. Knowledge in building works and facilities management. Working time: 4 days shift, Morning Shift : 7am to 7pm with 1 hour meal break.
