Contract duration: 11 months contract (2 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026)Working Hours Mon to Thurs: 6:45am to 4:00pm inclusive of 45min lunch break; Fri: 6:45am to 3:30pm inclusive of 45min lunch break Mon to Fri during MOE school holidays: 7am to 11am Job Scope The Personnel shall be competent to provide administrative support to the teachers on the following duties: Preparing the necessary apparatus and materials needed by the Science teachers before lessons; Labelling and grouping the items for easy access, turn on necessary IT equipment before teacher is in the class; Assisting teachers in supervision of students during lab work; Maintaining the equipment and apparatus in the science room; Updating inventory list, identifying and condemning items which are not of working condition; Collating necessary materials to be purchased and liaising with the teachers; Helping teachers to buy perishable items for Science experiments; Assisting Science teachers in carrying out Science events, registration and collection of forms (if any); Helping out with Science Head of Department work in the afternoons eg. collation of survey results, typing of simple forms, any other administrative duties as required; Assisting with schools safety management measures including managing student crowd control at arrival and during school dismissal; Supervising students during unstructured play time during recess. Assisting with any other assigned duties. Requirements Have one years experience working in a similar job in a primary school; Have Sec 4 education or equivalent.
