Regulatory Program Manager, Identity & Numbering Operations Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwideRole Overview The Regulatory Program Manager, Identity & Numbering Operations is a senior individual contributor role that translates high-level guidance from Vonage's Legal & Regulatory team into actionable best practices for the entire business. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between Global Connectivity & Operations and the Legal & Regulatory team, interpreting high-level legal guidance and distilling it into clear operational practices. Design, document, and drive the implementation of operational best practices based on new regulatory requirements, including policies for alpha sender ID registration and content restrictions. Lead complex, end-to-end compliance projects, managing the process to obtain new numbering resources from international regulators and defining the operational model to host those numbers for voice and messaging. Guide regional experts in Carrier Partnerships and Identity & Numbering Operations teams on the required steps to deliver on compliance goals. Skills & Experience 5-7+ years in telecom operations, regulatory compliance, or carrier relations. Deep understanding of global telco regulatory landscape, including numbering and sender ID registration. Proven project or program management skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Strong problem-solving skills, navigating ambiguity and driving projects to completion.
