About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE to take on a cross-border banking role. You will work closely with our experienced team to advise clients on complex financial transactions across Southeast Asia, India, and the broader Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Border Banking Expertise: Provide expert advice on cross-border financings, leverage finance, acquisition finance, private equity driven finance, property/real estate finance, project finance, share-backed finance, and general corporate financings.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment to drive business growth and success.
