The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in savory flavor development. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.Your key responsibilities:Create and develop flavor blocks, delivery systems for use in various savory flavor blends.Optimize flavor block formulations for cost efficiency and product performance.Validate product performance by sensory evaluation.Ensure detailed documentation of formulations, processes, and testing results.Collaborate with the pilot and production teams for technology transfer.
