Overview What the role is: As Senior Assistant Executive/Executive of Corporate Development Branch, Academy of Singapore Teachers, you will be providing finance, administrative and operational support to the One-Academy (OA) family, including Academies, Branches and Language Centres. Responsibilities Manage frontline service functions and handle queries from stakeholders in a timely manner, e.g., generic email accounts, FormSG feedback Carry out procurement and finance functions, such as Goods Receipt Officer Maintain and update records in a timely and accurate manner, e.g., staff directories Manage inventory of stores and assets, such as stationery and office equipment Perform secretarial duties as personal assistant to the Academy Principal and/ or Branch Director Coordinate bookings and other requests from external users for sports facilities managed by One-Academy What we are looking for A team player who is meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task and work independently in a diverse working environment Comfortable with handling different profiles of customers and stakeholders Resourceful and ability to propose credible solutions to work issues Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience with government procurement, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
