Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong technical and analytical capabilities. Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications. Knowledge of BIM software is an added advantage. Responsibilities Manage and oversee on-site technical matters, including BIM coordination, to support seamless project execution. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring site activities are well-coordinated and in line with the master schedule. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to prevent delays. Prepare and maintain accurate and timely project reports for management review. Coordinate and review structural and M&E design details to ensure alignment with project specifications and requirements. Liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective technical solutions. Ensure all works comply with the company's quality standards, safety guidelines, and contractual requirements.
