Assisting in patient care coordination and documenting clinical indicators.
Performing basic health assessments and closing gaps in screenings and vaccinations.
Providing health education on lifestyle management, physical activity, and advising on health monitoring devices and vaccinations.
Requirements:
Diploma preferred.
Preferably with some working experience in healthcare.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Possess good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude towards work, and is a team player.
