About the role Efong Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Drafter/BIM Modeller to join our team. As a Drafter/BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our construction projects, using your expertise in engineering drafting and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to deliver high-quality, efficient and accurate outputs. What you'll be doing Produce detailed, accurate and compliant shop drawings and 3D BIM models for various construction projects Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to interpret design requirements and translate them into detailed design documentation Utilise BIM software to create, manage and coordinate 3D models, ensuring seamless integration of different design elements Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve design issues Maintain project documentation, including drawing registers, specifications, and other relevant records until as build As-built drawing for submission/ handover for project completion to Client. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring efficient and effective design processes What we're looking for BIM certificate/diploma will be an added advantage Minimum 3 years of experience in structural and archi drafting and BIM modelling, preferably in the construction industry Proficient in the use of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Navisworks)Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and inclusive work environment About us Efong Construction Pte Ltd is a fast-growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional construction projects.
