HR Shared Services Regional Assistant Manager (Up to $7,000 | Jurong East | Urgent Hiring)Salary: Up to $6,000 – $7,000/month Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours Location: Jurong East Start Date: Immediate or within 2–4 weeks Job Description We are seeking an experienced and independent HR Shared Services Assistant Manager / Manager to support our Human Resources operations. The role focuses on managing HR systems, data reporting, and HR service delivery while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Head of HR, independently manage HR-related data across Singapore offices Act as the main HR contact for overseas offices for reporting and data coordination Manage and enhance HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Lead HR reporting, dashboards, and statutory submissions for insights and compliance Support annual salary review and bonus exercises, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to policies Provide analytical support for HR budgeting and manpower planning Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee services, and benefits administration Assist in HR audits, tenders, and ad-hoc HR projects as required Requirements Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident only. Must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese (to liaise with China parent company). Experience working with or understanding Chinese corporate culture is an advantage. Able to start immediately or within 2–4 weeks preferred. Comfortable working independently as a one‐person team; able to manage heavy workload when needed. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
