Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Assist the head chef with food preparation, including plating and presentation.
  • Help with deep frying and making side dishes.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Wash and sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishes.
  • Contribute to stocktaking and inventory management.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or PR status.
  • A valid Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic café environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
