Responsibilities
  • Operate the excavator and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
  • Prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
  • Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
  • Ensure that any equipment is in safe operating condition.
  • Follow directions of the construction manager or supervisor.
  • Report any incidents, accidents or injuries immediately to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Excavator Operator.
  • Experience in operating construction or heavy equipment; may include trucks, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, snowblowers, and other pieces of equipment.
  • Knowledge of safe operation of heavy equipment as well as safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong Mentality to do long office hour and Sunday work.
  • Mentality to do work in public holiday if needed (In case of emergency/Urgency).
  • Creative, innovative, out of the box, Determined, perseverance, and hard working.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills especially in English, possess of other language (Bangla/Tamil) will be an advantage
