We're looking for a
Litigation Executive
to support a range of
dispute-related matters , including
civil litigation, probate, divorce, and family law . This is a
client-facing, in-office role , focused on
document preparation, case organisation, filing, and communication .
You will work closely with the director and receive
hands-on training and supervision
in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients professionally and expeditiously
Proofread and format legal documents and correspondence
Prepare and file simple court documents (e.g. declarations, indexes, bundles)
Review and organise case files and supporting materials
Track deadlines and manage procedural timelines
Support dispute-related work across litigation, family, and probate matters
At least
1 year of litigation experience
in a Singapore law firm
Strong command of
English
(spoken and written)
Able to speak
basic Mandarin
Meticulous, organised, and proactive
Confident in client-facing settings
Team player with initiative and good attitude
