Job Responsibilities General Responsibilities Perform surveillance monitoring or review required by the department to ensure sequence and details of events is comprehensively, accurately and objectively documented Perform surveillance footage archival required by the department to ensure essential surveillance footage is timely archived for future retrieval or submission Assist in the process of extraction and collation of information required by the department for the purpose of investigation, inspection, audit or submission Assist in the preparation of periodic and ad hoc regulatory submissions of the department Update regularly on casino laws and regulations, rules of games and company’s policies, guiding principles and standard operating procedures Compliance Incidents Perform surveillance review, footage archival and report documentation according to the requirements of the relevant authorities Assist in ensuring the submissions of surveillance footage and reports are within the time frame required by the relevant authorities Compliance Programs Assist in executing the compliance programs implemented by the department Assist in facilitating remediation of insufficiencies identified by compliance programs Irregularities Reporting Report on irregularities, suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activities observed in the course of work Provide support to the Surveillance Regulatory Affairs Senior Operator To act in the capacity of the Surveillance Regulatory Affairs Senior Operator in his/her absence Job Requirements Education & Certification Secondary education preferred Experience No experience required as training will be provided Other Prerequisites Knowledge of casino operations and regulatory requirements High level of integrity and professionalism Good English written and verbal communication skills CRA Special Employee Licence Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, literate Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
