Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker located in COMO Orchard, Cédric Grolet outpost. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts, following approved recipes. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading dough, monitoring baking processes, maintaining inventory of baking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area. Qualifications Expertise in preparing and baking bread, pastries, and desserts Experience with measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading dough, and monitoring baking processes Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring quality and consistency in baked goods Knowledge of inventory management and ability to maintain adequate baking supplies Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Previous experience as a Baker or relevant role is preferred Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification is beneficial Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
