Overview
Senior Finance Manager (WEST) position at Ethos BeathChapman. A market leader in the offshore oil and gas industry seeks a Senior Finance Manager to join a fast-growing team. This role provides a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement across group reporting, controllership, finance business partnering, and project-based modelling within a dynamic, forward-looking business environment.

Responsibilities
Lead group financial reporting activities, including monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting across the business.
Oversee full consolidation of the business unit’s profit and loss and balance sheet, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
Manage accounting and VAT compliance for overseas operations, and support financial evaluation of new initiatives through robust modelling and analysis.
Contribute to strategic growth projects on an ad-hoc basis by providing financial insights and recommendations to inform operational execution and long-term planning.
Qualifications
Qualified CPA or CA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in sectors with large-scale or project-based operations.
Proficiency in SAP and data analytics tools is highly advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong commercial acumen and the capability to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic, multi-regional business.
