Based in China (Shen Zhen-70%), India (Chennai-30%)
Requirements
PLC and HMI Expertise:
Familiarity with
Mitsubishi, Omron, and Inovance PLCs and HMIs
(Human-Machine Interfaces).
PLC Software Development:
Write, test, and maintain PLC operational control software for equipment.
Automation Communication:
Develop and write software for automation communication control, including
CIM
(Computer-Integrated Manufacturing) and
SECS
(Semiconductor Equipment Communication Standard).
Logic Design and Testing : Design operational logic and perform testing and modification of PLC programs.
Electrical Design : Design circuits, assemble them, and maintain the hardware BOM (Bill of Materials).
On-site Management : Manage the assembly site and assist with guiding control panel assembly and troubleshooting circuit issues.
Robotics : Program, debug, and troubleshoot common industrial robots.
On-site Commissioning : Perform on-site debugging and implementation of equipment.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China
to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
Education : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
B3 in O Level Chinese
is required to support
Chinese speaking
internal and external stakeholder.
