The company comprises various platforms such as Man Matters, Be Body Wise, and Little Joys, which collectively serve millions of individuals by offering personalized treatment plans, access to expert doctors, and health coaches.This remote role is a part of a new brand and entity that Mosaic is launching.ALERT: WE NEED A CONTENT KING/QUEENThe Role: You're a perfect fit if you possess the following qualities:- Demonstrated qualitative knowledge on brand-building.- Functional understanding of how aesthetic and design contribute to brand success.- Proficiency in social media trends, particularly on Instagram. Knowledge of TikTok is a bonus.- Ability to produce high-quality creative content across various brand verticals like social media, performance marketing, and brand research.- Experience in collaborating with influencers from different time zones.- Capable of working with multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of your work.- Strong work ethic, efficiency, and a fun attitudeThe Responsibilities: Here's what you'll be responsible for initially:Research, Ideation & Brand:- Reporting to the business head, you will ideate on all media content within the Direct-to-Consumer Vertical.- Contribute to the organization's brand strategy and growth through continuous research on brand design, aesthetic, layout, and narratives.Scripting & Content:- Write, edit, and create content while collaborating with influencer marketing and creative agencies to execute the desired output.- Develop strategies for video and static content briefs, working closely with video editors and designers to achieve the desired results.Influencer Relations:- Oversee the quality of influencer content and closely collaborate with influencers to ensure the desired outcome.New Product Development:- Contribute to the new product development pipeline by conducting research to identify potential launches and suitable timings.Performance Marketing:- Conduct research to identify effective narratives for compelling ad strategies.- Utilize data-driven insights to strengthen successful narratives and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy.At Mosaic, we value a collaborative approach and encourage your active participation in creative ideation.
