Market and Customer Analysis:Deeply understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape within the AI space. Conduct market analysis to uncover opportunities and address potential challenges. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to guide product development and shape effective marketing strategies.
Product Positioning and Messaging:Craft clear, impactful positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of our products in the market. Develop tailored value propositions and key messages for technical and enterprise audiences. Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing and sales touchpoints to drive alignment and differentiation.
Content Development:Create compelling, solution-focused marketing materials such as product datasheets, technical whitepapers, customer case studies, and solution presentations. Develop targeted content for digital campaigns, including social media, email, and paid channels, to highlight product benefits and drive engagement. Translate complex technical features into clear, audience-specific messaging that showcases the value of the products and solutions.
Demand Generation:Develop and implement campaigns to boost product awareness and attract new customers. Partner with the wider marketing team to enhance lead generation and nurturing strategies. Track and evaluate campaign performance, using data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Performance Measurement:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives. Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to senior management, leveraging performance data and market feedback to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Demonstrate Startup Agility:Adapt swiftly to dynamic market conditions and shifting business priorities. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive rapid growth while efficiently utilizing limited resources for maximum impact.
Requirements
Thrive in a scrappy startup culture and want to venture into AI.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5-7 years of professional experience, of which 3+ years experience is in product marketing and in a high-growth enterprise Saa S startup.
Proven track record of successful product launches and demand generation campaigns in fast-paced startup environments.
Track record of strong execution in the PMM function to generate revenue growth and exceed targets.
Deep understanding of AI technologies; Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Past examples of shaping product roadmap using customer insights and data analytics, and iterating to find product market fit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with competitive analysis, and customer segmentation in the tech industry.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
