We are the main Contractor and liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
Verify the overall list of errors, construction details, design defects, and variations based on construction plans and drawing designs before construction and/or processing payment to subcontractors.
Manage people and organizational functions such as performing on-the-job coaching and tracking employees’ productivity.
Handle project assignments by management to plan, forecast, and track subcontractors' work progress, provide weekly scheduling, and conduct daily coordination meetings to ensure project target timelines are met by subcontractors, including logistic arrangements for daily operational needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 6 years of relevant working experience (i.e., underground tunnel and hotel building) preferably with a main contractor (A1).
Experience in managing deliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs.
Good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project.
Possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
Working location at Central West Area.
