What to Expect
Baby Care Duties Include:
Cleaning, bathing and changing diapers
Feeding or assisting in feeding babies
Taking note of babies' temperature, feeding pattern, and other relevant information
Monitoring babies' growth progress
Guiding parents in infection control and baby safety measures
Ensuring baby safety
Umbilical care
Oral and eye care
Assist in other duties as required by the supervisor or manager
Mummy Care Duties Include:
Monitoring mothers' recovery progress
Guiding mothers in breastfeeding
Guiding mothers in baby care techniques
Assisting mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
Assist in other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Work Schedule & Location
Must be able to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Work location: Sentosa
Day shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (includes night shift incentives)
Each shift includes a 1.5-hour break
Qualifications
Possess certification in nursing care, infant care, or other relevant courses would be advantageous
Key Attributes
Positive work attitude with a strong team spirit
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving
Eager to learn and committed to continuous self-improvement
Calm, patient, and composed under pressure
Physically fit and capable of handling tasks such as carrying infants and standing for extended periods
