Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical services operations and maintenance programs, including systems such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, MV, Cooling Towers, and Autotube . Ensure all maintenance and repair works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety work procedures . Verify that all systems comply with statutory and regulatory requirements . Provide technical guidance and support to Technical Officers and Technicians on ACMV system activities. Review, update, and maintain ACMV system drawings, documentation, and reports . Manage and lead a team of Technical Officers and Technicians in responding to breakdown calls and system faults. Conduct root cause analysis , prepare incident reports, and recommend corrective actions. Perform engineering analysis to identify and improve poorly performing equipment. Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs in line with corporate and legislative standards. Conduct regular system inspections and review service reports to ensure system serviceability. Develop duty rosters and schedules for Technical Officers and Technicians. Support the development, maintenance, and testing of SOPs and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) . Lead technical investigations and troubleshooting for rectification works. Participate in client site walkabouts and provide technical advice where necessary. Provide training and mentorship to Technical Officers and Technicians. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience , or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience . Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Independent and well-versed in critical workflow processes . Willing to be based on-site at the customer's premises . Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week with staggered rest days due to operational needs.
