Junior Test Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Test Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design, develop, and implement test programs for digital, power management, RF & mixed signal integrated circuits (IC's) using automated test equipment (ATE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing test hardware load boards and probe cards
  • Collaborating with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up, and production release activities
  • Debugging of digital test patterns and device characterization across PVT (process, voltage, and temperature)
  • Contributing to production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction
  • Operating automatic wafer probers and test handlers

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates from reputable universities with a degree in electronics or electrical engineering, or candidates with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital and analog electronics, with the ability to write scripts using Python desired
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Results-oriented and willingness to learn
