Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Field Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems, including computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems
  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, modifications, and repair works on equipment
  • Serve as liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements with customers on equipment-related matters
  • Respond to customers' complaints, provide time to find solutions to resolve customers' issues
  • Monitor the performance of the product, provides regular update reports and feedback on customer service requests

Requirements & Preferences:

(Preferred)

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge.
