Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future workforce needs. Promote employer branding by acting as a brand ambassador and highlighting company culture, values, and career growth opportunities. Implement strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to offer. Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely updates, transparent communication, and constructive feedback .
