We are seeking a multi-hatted Blockchain Solution Architect to designand implement the Stable Coin Platform that leverage cloud-nativeinfrastructure, micro-services architecture and blockchaintechnology. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in blockchaintechnologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-level architectural design with key responsibilities given as below: Design and develop robust blockchain architecturesusing AWS cloud services. Create and optimize token contract implementationsacross various blockchain platforms, starting with EVM-compatible chains. Create and optimize smart contract implementation for the core stablecoin platform alongside the micro-service architecture to integrate with partners being banks, token KMS providers, custodians, designated dealersand compliance systems. Design secure and performant high-speed/low-feeblockchain infrastructure with high availability. Optimize the mix between on-chain and off-chainservices to minimize build and run costs as well and to fulfilloperational goals. Architect scalable micro-services that integrateseamlessly with blockchain ecosystems. Define and apply state-of the art design patternsprinciples to speed-up development process in line with the Groupstandards and policies. Create technical specifications and architecturaldocumentation. Ensure quality in developments, compliance to riskappetite, standards, and policies. Develop a culture proper to effectively andcollaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conductand compliance matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver thebusiness on time in full. Requirements Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical discipline. At least 6-8 years of development experience in micro-servicesarchitecture, in highly critical with proven experience with full-stackenterprise architecture in banking/financial industry. Proven Track of blockchain architecture and developmentexperience. Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (ECS,AKS). Advanced proficiency in smart contract development andstrong understanding of distributed ledger technology. Proven track record in managing complex smart contractarchitecture and the corresponding versioning and data/storage migrationchallenges to ensure full traceability and backward compatibility. Experience with pen-testing programs -preparation,execution, remediation- for Web, Back-End and smart contract securityauditing. Experience with store and forward architectures,financial accounting, end-to-end reconciliation and/or data analytics is aplus. Experience with cross-chain bridges, web2-to-web3bridges is a plus.
