Overview Role: Analyst or Medical Writer based in Singapore, working with the Asia-Pacific team and collaborating with colleagues in the UK and US. This is an entry-level role or one for those with some experience, with opportunities to progress within Costello Medical. Responsibilities Based in the Evidence Development team, contribute to the collection, analysis and creative presentation of clinical, economic and real-world evidence. Contribute to projects in Japan and support work with the Value and Access team (e.g., health technology assessment submissions) and with the Medical Communications team, delivering high-quality evidence and insights for a diverse client base. Support projects across a range of clients including pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, patient and public health organisations, and charitable foundations. Collaborate with cross-divisional teams as business needs require and manage multiple projects across different disease areas. Qualifications A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (diverse specialisms welcomed). Exceptional written and spoken fluency in Japanese (native-level) and English to deliver client work across Asia, with a focus on Japan. Strong ability to communicate scientific materials clearly in writing and speech; excellent understanding of scientific concepts; strong attention to detail. Experience in scientific writing or related activities (e.g., dissertations, reports, publications) is desirable; not strictly required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong organisational skills and ability to manage time and deadlines. Previous experience in this sector or Japanese healthcare is desirable but not required; genuine interest in healthcare and willingness to learn.
