Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our content creation and management efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning
    • Develop social media and content proposals with minimal supervision.
    • Map short- and long-term strategies with clear implementation plans.
  • Content Management
    • Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and publishing schedules across platforms.
    • Supervise content flighting, scheduling, and boosting/running ads.
  • Community Management
    • Experienced with content management and publishing tools.
    • Supervise and participate in community moderation to facilitate timely, on-brand responses.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Familiar with social listening tools to monitor brand health, share of voice, and public sentiment.
    • Analyse data to extract actionable insights and make recommendations for optimisation.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage projects end-to-end, from client brief to creative delivery.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
