At ATLAS ANALYTICS, we are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Client Success Apprentice. This 6-month paid apprenticeship offers immense room for personal and professional growth, responsibility, and the flexibility to work remotely within an international startup environment.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented apprentice who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and eager to learn the ins and outs of client management. You will work closely with our Head of Client Success, assisting in daily operations and supporting our efforts to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities
As a Client Success Apprentice, you will ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations within the team.
What You'll Do:
Client Interaction: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Support Daily Operations: Aid the Head of Client Success in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements.
Client Onboarding: Help in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience from the start.
Data & Campaign Management: Update and manage client information in our systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will also assist in the campaign creation & data briefing process.
Feedback and Improvement Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement, helping to implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge in client success management.
