Description Commercial Partnership Solutions Manager - GBS - APAC Overview The Global Business Solutions (GBS) Team helps brands unleash creativity, connect with audiences, and drive revenue and growth. We are looking for a marketer to listen better, be more agile, and continuously deliver real value to stakeholders across the region. Responsibilities Drive advertising revenue growth by enabling sales with content solutions (sponsorship packages), including TikTok standard and non-standard ads resources/placements and creator resources. Create detailed pitching decks and customized rate cards, and handle client communications as needed. Lead project-related trainings and presentations internally and externally. Provide strategic planning, copywriting, and related support as required. Work with the sales team to manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across pre-sell, during-sell, and after-sell processes. Demonstrate project management skills. Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years of professional sponsorship experience in agencies, TV networks, or tech platform companies. Experience with content providers or IP holders and developing sales packages is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially mobile and social in SEA. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication skills in person, email, and phone. Self-starter, fast learner, detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across departments.
