Join Us as a Visionary Preschool PrincipalWe're looking for a dynamic and people-centric Preschool Principal who is passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and creating a nurturing, inspiring environment for children, educators, and families. As the leader of the centre, you will champion teaching excellence, ensure smooth daily operations, uphold regulatory compliance, and cultivate a positive organizational culture where teachers feel valued and children thrive. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance curriculum quality, operational excellence, and strong people management. Educational Leadership Drive high-quality curriculum implementation aligned with the centre's philosophy (e.g., Montessori / Inquiry-based). Mentor and guide teachers to deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences. Monitor children's holistic development and ensure quality learning outcomes. Lead SPARK, ECDA and licensing standards, ensuring all practices meet regulatory requirements. People & Culture Development Lead, coach, and inspire a team of educators to uphold professionalism and strong work ethics. Conduct performance appraisals, learning & development planning, and staff capability building. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture that values communication and trust. Manage staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning to ensure smooth operations. Centre Operations & Administration Oversee day-to-day centre operations to ensure safety, hygiene, and service excellence. Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations, health & safety guidelines, SOPs, and audits. Work with HR and Finance on staffing matters, budgeting, procurement, and reporting. Manage parent communications professionally, addressing concerns with empathy and clarity. Parent & Community Engagement Build strong, trusting relationships with parents through open communication. Organise centre events, parent workshops, celebrations, and community engagement activities. Represent the centre professionally in all external communications. What We're Looking For Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education (with DECCE-L or ADECL (Leadership Diploma) & L2 certification)Minimum 5 years of preschool experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior educator role Strong understanding of ECDA regulations, licensing, and SPARK requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for developing educators and creating a positive culture Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational challenges smoothly #J-18808-Ljbffr
