About the Role This isn't your typical support role. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to serve as the dedicated data expert for one of the world's largest and most influential technology companies. In this high-impact position, you'll be the crucial link between our data solutions and their strategic business needs. The integrity of the data they use in their multi-million dollar decision-making is paramount, and your primary mission will be to ensure its flawless quality and accuracy. What You’ll Do Be the Expert: Serve as the primary technical expert for our Client stakeholders, managing their data-related inquiries and leveraging your product knowledge to solve complex business challenges Drive Client Success: Proactively build strong relationships with clients to anticipate their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure they are leveraging data and tools effectively Ensure Data Integrity: Own the data validation and quality assurance processes for key production datasets. You'll proactively identify root causes of data issues and implement long-term solutions to maintain accuracy and reliability Influence Product Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and champion new features and product improvements based on client feedback and operational needs Mentor and Lead: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, helping them grow their skills and contribute to the team's overall success Own the Final Presentation: Take full ownership of all client-facing deliverables. You will be expected to not only create clear and impactful visualizations but also to ensure every presentation and report is delivered with the highest level of professional polish and a keen eye for formatting and detail Sounds like you? To apply you need to be: Requirements: At least 5 years of professional experience in a data-focused role, with strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets . You should also be eager to learn new technologies like Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Python Exceptional data analysis and validation skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving Natural troubleshooter who can not only identify issues but also design and implement effective, long-term solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
