The College of Computing & Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for the position of Research Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate research activities, including collaboration meetings, internal group meetings, overseas exchanges, and business trips (local and oversea travel arrangements).
Oversee procurement activities, including raising Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders. Track and manage the equipment ownership internally.
Handle reimbursement, claims and follow expenditure.
Oversee personnel management and coordination, such as recruitment, internship programme and new student application processes.
Assist in budget management for research projects, ensuring proper allocation and usage of funds.
Maintain the smooth operation of the research group and provide administrative support as needed.
Update the group website/public
