You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Asia to originate, structure, and execute cross-border transactions — while also evaluating and managing private fund investments. Key Responsibilities Support the origination of new financing opportunities through market research, client engagement, and credit analysis. Conduct due diligence and prepare credit applications for the internal credit committee. Structure and arrange syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, including documentation, negotiation, and coordination with borrower groups and participating banks. Manage the end-to-end execution of financing transactions — from documentation and drawdown to monitoring and portfolio management. Oversee existing loan portfolios, including amendments, waivers, and periodic credit reviews. Evaluate and monitor fund investments, including due diligence on new proposals and performance tracking of approved funds. Support treasury and liquidity planning activities, ensuring effective fund supply-demand management. Contribute to the enhancement of credit policies, operational guidelines, and internal best practices. Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in investment banking , corporate financing , project or structured finance , or fund investments . Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills. Familiarity with syndicated loan markets, PE investments, and regulatory frameworks. Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA or ACCA are advantageous. Fund management experience is advantageous. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork capabilities.
