Description Description 6 months contract (renewable / convertible)Up to $2800Monday - Friday, 9am – 6.30pmTanjong PagarResponsibilities Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for approximately 150 employees , ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.Verify and compute overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions, and other payroll-related components.Prepare payroll reports, IR8A/IR21 forms, and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities (CPF Board, IRAS, etc.).Manage employee records related to payroll, including leave, claims, and attendance data.Handle government claims (e.g., NS, maternity/paternity leave, childcare leave) and ensure timely reimbursements.Liaise with HR and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies or queries related to payroll.Stay updated on MOM regulations, CPF policies, and any payroll-related statutory changes.Support audits and ensure confidentiality of all payroll information.Duration 6 months contract (renewable / convertible).
